These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, software, applications, digital products and services offered under the KV Labs brand.
By accessing or using a KV Labs product or purchasing a KV Labs product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the relevant service.

2. Our Products
KV Labs develops software and digital products including MDWizard, KV Office AI, KV Voice Studio, KV Audio Studio, KV Video Studio, KV Asset Generator, Kids Reader, Sleep Skills for Adults, Birthday Bonanza, and other products we may introduce.
We may add, change, rename, discontinue or modify products and features over time. Some products may be designated Free, Beta, Early Access, Trial, Paid, Subscription, Lifetime licence, or Coming Soon.
Specific products may have additional terms, licence conditions or privacy notices. If specific product terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or independently operate paid KV Labs services.
Where a product is intended for children or students, it must be used in accordance with applicable age requirements and, where necessary, under the authority or supervision of a parent, lawful guardian, school or responsible adult.
4. Accounts
Some products require an account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, providing accurate information, protecting access to your authentication account or device, and activities carried out through your account where reasonably attributable to you.
You must promptly notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
5. Licence to Use KV Labs Software
Unless a product states otherwise, KV Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the product for its intended purpose subject to these Terms and the applicable purchase or subscription conditions.
Purchasing software does not transfer ownership of KV Labs software, source code, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.
Your rights may depend on the licence purchased, including restrictions concerning number of users, number of devices, commercial use, organisation size, subscription period, and permitted features.
6. Free, Trial and Beta Products
Free, trial, beta and early-access products may contain incomplete features, change substantially, contain bugs, experience interruptions, have usage limits, or be discontinued.
Unless otherwise required by law, we are not required to maintain a particular free feature indefinitely. Beta or experimental functionality should not be relied upon for critical production, safety or business operations unless we expressly state otherwise.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use KV Labs services to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts; circumvent licence, authentication or usage controls; interfere with service operation; conduct fraudulent activity; exploit or abuse children; generate or distribute unlawful content; impersonate others deceptively; or use our infrastructure in a manner that materially harms other users.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law or the security of the service has been violated.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to a KV Labs product. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload, process or use that content.
Where cloud processing is necessary to provide a feature, you grant KV Labs and relevant service providers a limited right to process the content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable product terms.
We do not acquire ownership of your original content merely because it is processed through our software.
9. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
Some KV Labs products may produce or modify text, images, audio, video, documents or other material using artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, misleading, similar or unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on, publishing or commercially using them. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI output should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated advice.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of an output is lawful and appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
KV Labs software, website design, source code, branding, logos, documentation and other proprietary material are owned by KV Labs or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms grants you permission to use KV Labs trademarks or branding in a manner suggesting sponsorship, partnership or endorsement without permission. Third-party and open-source software remains subject to its applicable licence.
11. Payments
Paid products may be sold directly by KV Labs or through an authorised payment processor or merchant of record. Prices, billing intervals, taxes and applicable currency will be displayed before purchase.
Where taxes are collected by the payment provider or merchant of record, they may appear separately during checkout. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected by you.
12. Subscriptions
Where a product is sold as a subscription, the billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase; subscriptions may automatically renew unless stated otherwise; you may cancel future renewal using the available account or payment-provider controls; and cancellation normally prevents future billing rather than retroactively cancelling past access.
Your access may continue until the end of the period already paid for unless otherwise stated.
13. Price and Product Changes
We may change future pricing, plans or product features. A pricing change will not ordinarily alter a completed one-time purchase retroactively.
For recurring subscriptions, material pricing changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
14. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the KV Labs Refund Policy available at https://kvlaborg.com/refund-policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in that policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Updates and Availability
We may release fixes, security updates, feature changes or new versions. Products may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Third-Party Services
KV Labs products may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, artificial-intelligence models, storage services, authentication providers or other software. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
We are not responsible for changes, outages or discontinuation of an independent third-party service, although we will reasonably attempt to maintain supported integrations where practical.
17. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, KV Labs products provide general software tools, information or educational material. They do not replace qualified professional advice.
In particular, Sleep Skills for Adults is not a substitute for diagnosis, emergency services or treatment by a qualified medical professional.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KV Labs services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every service will always be uninterrupted, be entirely error-free, produce a particular result, meet every individual requirement, or remain compatible indefinitely with third-party software or operating systems.
This section does not exclude statutory warranties, consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KV Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of a service, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, KV Labs' aggregate liability relating to a paid product will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected product during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material violation of these Terms, fraud or abuse, legal requirements, security risks, non-payment, or misuse that threatens other users or our systems.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the services at any time.
21. Discontinuation of Products
Software products evolve and some products may eventually be discontinued. Where a paid cloud service is materially discontinued, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practical and will comply with applicable consumer obligations.
Rights attached to legitimately purchased offline software will be governed by the applicable licence and technical requirements.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your infringement of third-party rights or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not impose obligations prohibited by applicable consumer law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new products, changes in functionality, legal requirements, security requirements, or changes in our business. Material changes will apply prospectively except where immediate changes are legally or operationally necessary.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any rights that cannot be contractually restricted, courts with jurisdiction in [CITY, STATE, INDIA] will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

26. General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and applicable product-specific terms, form the agreement governing your use of KV Labs services.
